RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Worldwide returns on all orders with DHL.
To return your item(s) please print a shipping label on DHL website, pack your item(s) and bring them to the closer DHL Service Point (list available @ DHL website).
The returned item(s) has to be addressed to:

Returns must be made within 21 days from order delivery date.
Our QC department checks the returns integrity. It may take 2-3 working days. You will receive an email once they’re checked.
Refunds will be issued within 10 working days from the date we get back the item(s). You will receive an email notification once the refund is issued.
To change the item(s) you can place a new order.
Please remind that:
• Returned item(s) must be not worn and in the same condition that you received it;
• Returned items must absolutely have all the tags and labels on. If tags/labels are missing, the return will not be accepted.
