3 ATHLETES, 3 VIDEOS, 3 SUNDAY BRUNCHES
The moment is not idyllic but the world of sport has a lot to teach us.
We asked to three of our ambassador athletes to open us the door of their home to teach us some tricks that will help us to re-start stronger than before once the lockdown will be over.
Giorgia Gregorio (three times youth wakeboard world champion and athlete of the year 2017) with a video recorded in Como Lake will drive the followers through “the psychological management of post-injury recovery”.
Fabrizio Passetti (a bad accident when he was only 17, partially compromised his great dream of becoming a surf champion. He managed to return to water again becoming one of the top representatives of the Italian and world adapting surfing) with a video recorded in Liguria will let us dive into a key topic as “the motivation and the importance of the self confidence”.
Alessandro Piu (six times Surf Italian Champion) with a video recorded in Sardinia will introduce the audience an hot topic as “the mental coaching before a race.. from how to manage the anxiety to how to balance your emotions during stressful situations”.
